Which character mastered their abilities so far?

I know that naruto mastered the rasengan...I think because Grandpa frog said that he surpassed his father and Jiraiya.

Probably sasuke too because he could make his chidori pass through his body, make it a normal chidori, make it into a sword, and make it turn into a draogn.

Neji looks like he did too

Sakura well she's getting there

Help i need characters who mastered their techniques

Naruto mastered sage mode, nagato mastered the rinnegan powers, bee mastered his tailed beast and swordsmanship, minato mastered or at least was really good at, space/time, kabuto mastered edo tensei as far as number of summons, sasuke mastered lightning, itachi mastered genjutsu, madara is great at all kinds of things ( sharingan, fire, swordsmanship, MS moves, wood)

I'm too lazy to to think about an answer the actual question but I will say this!!!!

I hate that everytime in the series when someone performs a technique once or twice in practice they say they've mastered it!!! That's BS....
