Which character is the most understanding towards others?

He was so understanding of how corrupt Konoha was that he went cold turkey with his job to spy on the Akatsuki by giving them negligible intelligence about the Akatsuki. He was so understanding of Obito's hate for the village and his clan that he helped him to wipe out the entire clan in a night. He was so understanding of Obito's desire for war that he indirectly declared(or allowed to occur) war on humanity by doing nothing to stop the Akatsuki and letting them capture bijuus at will. Itachi just understood everything, so yeah it's Itachi.
