Even though my favorite is Itachi for obvious reasons as mentioned, i find might guy attitude better than all as he never overestimates himself and underestimates any one and never looked down to anyone, has the most positive attitude in NV, if there is anyone who can make a joke even in life threatening situation i think it would be guy and he is epitome of hardwork & perseverance and proved even a failure can be a powerful one with hardwork alone without any handed powerups and his attitude to look in to the future instead of reminiscing sad past was the best and truly cares for his comrades and may be only guy never intended to kill anyone nor had any killing intent and hard to believe if he is actually a ninja and his nice guy pose was the best, hands down best sensei in NV followed by jiraiya and i believe attitude wise he solos all even naruto.
