Itachi has - amterasu,tsukyomi,totsuka sword, yasaka magtama seems like a 1 hit, thats about all i know

Minato - Death god seal o.0 , maybe some more seals? rasengan isn't a 1 hit kill

Nagato- , the amount of 1 hits this guy has, his missiles, chibaku tensei, the big shinra tensei, soul pull, preta path sucking all your chakra, + more

Btw why are people mentioning minato and saying rasengan and death god tech.
Rasengan didnt kill tobi. With the death god tech, the only way its a one hit and die tech is if he has enough chakra to fully extract his opponents soul otherwise, its him who would die and not his opponent although he wouldve done great damage to his opponents it wouldnt kill them
