Which character had the biggest nerf?

imo, Nagato had to get anorexic, lose his legs, and divide his powers into 6 bodies.

Kishi nerfed him hard asf.

if nagato was healthy, he could probably gather all bijuu on his own and use it for his own purposes, which is why my theory is that madara rigged the Gedo so that if Nagato ever used it, it would stab him like that and weaken him and leave him vulnerable
- basically the same "blackmail" thing he did with Obito

actually Nagato using the bodies is not really a weakness/"nerf", in some of cases it offers much more strategies (deadly against a single opponent), but of course i agree with losing his mobility being a huge weakness.

OT : Orochimaru loosing his arms, even if some of his most unique abilities don't require hand seals, it's still a major "nerf".
