If we speak purely by Hype I guess people like Hiruzen and Hanzo who were regarded as the best of their respective times, or people like Hagoromo Ootsutsuki/Kaguya Ootsutsuki who haven't been shown in their prime stages have the largest manga based hype from what I can just think of.

The most powerful one that Jirayia didn't face for most of the fight and when he did, he got stomped.

Kakuzu would've solo'd everyone in his last fight if it weren't for Naruto.

Nope. It was stated in the manga that Kakashi would have still handled Kakuzu with MS.

She didn't beat Orochimaru, he left freely. Orochimaru couldn't even use Ninjutsu, yet he still held his ground against 2 other Sannin.. and you declare this a victory for Tsuande? Laughable.

You forget that it was Tsunade's first fight in years and no-ninjutsu Orochimaru was still strong enough to keep up with V2 Naruto.

I luv Han too :x3: but seriously you say the truth. And you are right about Hanzo. He had hype. He was a good character for a while.

- Please, I forgot nothing, dear child. Considering the fact that the Manga and Sannin title wants to the reader to assume and believe that each Sannin is on a near power-level is hilarious. Orochimaru shouldn't have walked away from that battle.
