Which character do u think deserves the screen time/ power ups?

So since this war arc started u wuld think some other characters wuld get power ups , but it seems that's only happened for Naruto and Sasuke. So who do u want kishi to work on???

I personally wuld like to see lee get power ups... I mean gai talk on how lee has the potential to be one of the greatest ninja's. Plus he trains way harder than anyone else and he probably doesn't even make top 15. I wuld like to see him in more action. He's pretty inspirational
