which character did the most with the least

As title says, which character do you think accomplished the most with the least?
I mean which characters defeated someone powerful with a not so powerful technique or body but knew how to seize the moments, the same goes for life accomplishment even though they may not be so powerful or inteligent they knew how o move around to get it.

Jiraiya. He beat an Akatsuki member (Konan) with literally, his hair.

If not him then it would be Shikamaru taking down Hidan with some strings and a lighter.

I would say Itachi or Sakura.

Hype wise, at least, Itachi can take on many many shinobi with borrowed, or acquired powers far beyond the scope of his own, just through sheer intelligence and strategy.

Sakura was also the only Sannin student to surpass their teacher without handouts or externally acquired powerups. That in and of itself is impressive.
