We're talking about practical. Not stylish. How is a bright orange jacket practical for a ninja? You'll see him coming from a mile away :|

But for in real life I guess it's a nice jacket. Sort of.

If we're talking about stylish, I wouldn't want to wear any of the clothes in the manga. They all look silly if you were to wear them in real life. But I guess if I had to choose Tsunade's clothes seem nice enough.
