Kakashi, Ive always thought that Kishimoto would kill off a main character and he was the obvious choice, I do think there is a possibility that he will die still. Once the Obito/Rin issue is resolved, Kakashis character development will have been completed, he might be killed off in the end to aid the defeat of Madara.

karin, juugo, suigestu, (i dont even know why they are still around, they should have investigated them and then killed them)
shino (if they arent going to give him any lines, or any story, they may as well give him some big fight scene then kill him in a heroic way)
kakashi (die fighting obito, the old must die to make room for the new, and it looks like he has used the "small amount of chakra he has" in this fight about 1000 times)
onnoki (too old, need a new rock kage)

Sakura. Let's face it, she's terrible at Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and hasn't shown any Genjutsu ability, even though she's a genjutsu type. All she can really use is medical ninjutsu, and even if her punches are powerful, she either a)-Misses or b)gets blocked

I don't think Sakura will die till Sasuke makes His appearance and if Sasuke still intends on destroying the village it would be epic if they kill each other and die in each others arms,thus if they can't be together in life they be together in death.
