Anyway, i would say that Gaara's tech is most usefull, because he used it to paralyse madara so the bijuu could beat the shit out of him.
And he can fire it in any direction, while the others need some movement to aim.

IMO, either Gaara's Sand Bullet or Danzo's wind bullet should be more effective in battles.

Reason:
Gaara has wind chakra + sand which is very effective combination. While Danzo was able to pierce Sasuke @ multiple places in one shot with pure wind bullets.

Also manga states Wind has the most penetration power compared to other elements.

If we had seen some more of his fights...
Just look at the precision and piercing power, even after going through Tsuchikage it didn't lost it's shape...
