So ignoring power levels:
In terms of personality: Gyuki and Shukaku since they're the only ones besides Kurama lol, I'd pick him if I were allowed.
In terms of appearance: Easily Chomei, and Kurama if I could
In terms of special abilities: Saiken or Shukaku easy, and Son
