All uchiha special moves require many tweaks.
Only uchiha sharingan which only requires some emotional in battle and i think it is one of the best "base" doujutsu.
Taijutsu is underated without gates, but only the drunken taijutsu is strong.

If I had to choose, it would be Naruto's Reverse Harem Jutsu. Stalled the most powerful being in NV at the time. Nothing is competing with that.

Force = mass x acceleration

so since theoretically you could input infinite (number) amount of force into the attack if you had enough chakra.

Its probably the strongest attack IMO.
