MINE:
1. Urahara Kisuke
2. Hiruko Shinji
3. Ichigo's dad (maybe the same as ichigo)
4. Youruchi ( if soi fon has one, she should have one)
5. Zaraki Kenpachi ( he has been training, so he should have one)
6. The little girl that is always riding kenpachi ( she's a vice-capitan she should have one)
7. Unohana-San (she is a capitan)

No, it's stuck in its shikai form, because Kenpachi doesn't know its name.

his isnt even shikai, he doesnt know the name so he can't go to shikai if im not mistaken. All swords have shikai and bankai, but calling out the swords name makes it go to shikai, and bankai even further.

I think your right kubo has never confirmed that zaraki's zanpakouto is in its released form.
