Sasauke will be layed out if he used blaze enough blaze release to burn through super dense Sage art many Ultra big balls.

It would actually destroy a village, the reason why he could do this is because he was in the process of mastering Sage Mode. Againts pian he did not have enough sage mode chakra to do this, and doing so would have harmed everyone anyway.

Now he can enter sage mode very quickly giving him larger amounts of sage mode chakra now.

The Rasengan does nothing but exert pressure on an object, it's not like the Rasengan can explode in order to increase its destruction drastically. And if one Chou Oodama Rasengan couldn't even damage Susanoos ribcage, I don't see where multiple of those things would make the difference. This Rasengans would push Susanoo away from its spot, yes, but it actually wouldn't leave any damage on it.
