Sakura - Crying and moaning about been weak all the time. If she put as much effort into training as she puts into flashbacks of her been weak, she would be near Hashirama level.

Hmmm, I don't necessarily hate any characters (I enjoy despicable villains and I'm not really against any commonly hated characters, either). If I had to pick one I didn't like very much, it would probably be Misa Amane from Death Note, just cause she's incredibly annoying (especially with the dub).
