Pein and Konan were the strongest.

best=Is subjective but mine is Orochimaru and Sasori
Strongest= Itachi and Kisame
Funniest= Hidan and Kakuzu or Tobi and Deidara( both have the same comedy annoying serious attitude)

Well, number 1 is a matter of opinion. I personally liked Kakuzu and Hidan the best. Number 2 goes to Nagato and Konan.
Number 4 is undoubtedly Tobi and Deidara.

The team that was best (as in team work?) it's that is what you mean I would say that Kakuzu and Hidan is the "best" team.

I would say that the strongest team was: Pain and Konan.

And the funniest team was with out a shadow of a doubt Tobi and Deidara.

And my favorite Team is Kakuzu and Hidan.
