1 Kuchiyose no jutsu requires a lot of chakra and Sasuke was very exhausted, had almost no chakra
2 Sasuke being able to summon Manda was an asspull
3 Manda being durable enough to tank the 2rd biggest explosion (losing only to Juubi TBB) was irrealistic
4 Deidara being weak to raiton was an asspull too

Deidara didn't use C3 at all... Let's be honest... Sasuke would have died if Dei used C3 on him. That is if he doesn't escape with Manda again..

Sasuke then proceeds to summon Manda and put him under a genjutsu.

considering he used the C2 dragon and C4 and then another C4 min clone take all that into consideration he may not have been even able to use C3 to its full potential. Also you forget the perfect counter to the C3 bird.

On another note, Madara's "death" was just stupid. He knew that without his EMS activated he wouldn't be able to tell the difference between Hashirama and his wood clone (which he himself states; it takes at least EMS to see through Hashirama's mokuton bunshin, and it is implied that even sensors like Tobirama weren't able to see through them), yet here he goes charging Hashirama with barely any chakra left, and then leaves his guard down.
