You are forgetting onething both powers of kamui intangibility and teleportation cannot be used concurrently. One must be used without the other. The kamui user cannot teleport anything while intangible. So even if they have both eyes it can't be used that way. the only danger is you can one-shot someone from a distance and can defend against all attacks. However it is clear that kamui although powerfull can't match FTG
