Which 5 Characters Should Have Had More Jutsus?

Who are the 5 characters that you think should have showcased more jutsus? Please share your picks

1.) Kakashi: This one has already been discussed many times. "Copy Ninja of a Thousand Techniques" with only a handful shown, "war rampage" was off-panel, kamui spam, etc.

2.) Tenten: No development since her first fight in Part 1. No new techniques or abilities. I'd give her the number one slot if it wasn't for Kakashi's jutsu reputation.

3.) Tobirama: Has some awesome techniques already, however I was really expecting to see some massive, full power water jutsus during the war. He has the reputation as the best Suiton in Part 1 but in Part 2 no one says a word about it.

4.) Darui and 3rd Raikage: I really, really wanted to see more of their black lightning techniques. We were only given one jutsu though.

5.) Mei: Has fire, water, earth, boil, and lava release but she mainly sticks to two repetitive kekkei genkai attacks. Her fight against Madara was the perfect time to showcase her versatility and to make her the most skillful kunoichi, but Kishi didn't deliver.

1. Naruto, I will never get tired of the kid but the ol "lets throw a rasengan at him" strategy gets old after a while. He is an Air type, i wanted to see building off of that! An air bullet or something! Maybe pick up a weapon or something idk but naruto over all.

2. Any Hyuga, their style is completely their own and it should be but how sick would it be if a Hyuuga busted out a giant fireball jutsu right in the "heat" of battle. With the edition of the "air" palm neji used in his battle with kisame we saw a glimpse of what could be coming but the writers never quite expanded on that.

3. Kakashi, I am with you there 100% his skills have been showcased again and again but this copy cat ninja nickname has yet to live up to the name not counting the one movie and the first 14 episodes.

4. Shino, not quite as obvious but i just want to see more bug stuff lol....there has got to be more techniques than what they are showing

5. Shikamaru and the rest of the Nara clan, revered for their intellectualism they hardly possess ninjutsu to back it up, i would like to see something more than just shadows.

When the databooks and everything noted that Hinata had grown to work on her own style... I had wished she'd show a unique style.... Soshiken was a nice start. Sadly Neji and Hinata got sidelined... Elemental Hyuga would be epic... just like Avatar Benders.

Totally agree about Neji. He was supposed to be a genius amongst an already genius clan. He should have had way more jutsus.

Lots of people are mentioning Naruto and I can't believe I forgot to add him to my list. He needs more wind jutsus FOR SURE.

Muu and Onoki are the same as Mei. They have mastery over difficult Kekkei Genkais but they never show their versatility through their other techniques. Imagine how crazy it would be to see Muu use Earth, Wind, and Fire all at once!

Hanzo was of course another bad one as well.... Maybe this thread should be changed to a top ten list lol.

Now THAT would have been sick! I would have loved to have seen Neji do a Kaiten or Air Palm with Fire element mixed in.

Yeah that's another big one for me. Instead of showing his abundance of fuinjutsu and FTG variants he instead gets BM.

2. Naruto (Not that he has more to show, but would be nice to see him do more than 2 jutsu. Maybe even get another element.)
3. Tobirama (Suiton user that has barely lived up to his hyped feats as a master user of his element.
4. Sakura
5. Obito (Dude has all 5 elements to use and sticks strictly to Kamui practically)

1. Obito only knows kamui and nada
2. Bee brother only move fast and nothing else, don't even know what jutsu that is
3. Yamato. I don't consider that a jutsu, it almost the same thing what obito can do with his zetsu DNA
4. Sakaru she has basically no jutsu except the forehead makeup and summoning the slug
5. Hinata, doing basically the exact same thing as part one only increased number of hits a bit like a bigger rasengan or something
