Itachi Uchiha - Been my favourite character since he kicked Sasukes ass like a 8 years ago in part 1. Wow that really was a long time ago
Tobirama Senju - Hes a very powerful shinobi, and yet severly underated by many, also he brought many reforms into the Leaf to make it a functioning village.
Second Mizukage- Just so laid back and chilled, got wicked Suiton techniques, just a good old fashioned BA.

I agree with you on Tobirama Senju. He is higly underated by many but some people seem to forget about how stronghe really is.also the second Mizukage is beast!!
My three favorite characters would have to be not in any order:
Minato Namikaze: There's no denying this man was a complete boss, revered as the the fastest shinobi to ever live, and said to be one of the most gifted ninja in history. What I love the most about Minato is the fact that he has very few Jutsu, and that he utilizes his intelligence to win battles. Mad respect for a guy that doesn't have super powerful ninjutsu or doujutsu but can still be classed and praised as much as he was.
Jiraiya: a ninja not born of the senju or uchiha clan, he wasn't naturally gifted and struggled when he was a kid. But he still turned out to be who I think is one of the strongest ninja in the entire Naruto-verse. Jiraiya really was a special case, he accomplished so much in his short life, and the things he did while he was alive were always for the greater good. Not only was he strong himself, being able to nearly master sage mode, and possessing a great number of unique and powerful Jutsu, Jiraiya was also responsible for training some of the strongest ninja in the entire series.
Gaara: Since the moment he first entered the series he was always my favorite, it didn't matter to me that he was a villain hell bent on destroying the protagonists village and stating a war. His unique style of combat made him look invincible, and to this day his fight against rock lee still gives me chills whenever I watch it. When he turned good and actually became kazekage it made him an even bigger BA, and he'll remain one of my favorites until the end of Naruto.

1. Uchiha Itachi - As seen by my avatar, he is BA and the hero konoha deserved, but isn't. Man enough to admit his mistakes unlike other characters, most of his quotes are just pure genius like the one about friendship he said to Naruto and how Sasuke is changing little by little now due to Itachi's speech and his final words (Emotional as always).
2. Nagato/Pain - What is there not to like about him? OP, calm, a very good strategist, fight's for a cause and the suffering he's been through no one can blame him for what he's done.
3. Minato - Became a Hokage like Jiraiya said: 'Before we even knew it' Stopped Obito from controlling kyuubi, rasangunned his ass, saved his village from the kyuubi. The flee on site on the battlefield just showed how badass he is. He is calm, a genius IMO and his smile which Naruto inherited is what makes him lovable as a character lool.

He can read an opponent just how you can read this post.
Skilled in every way, always tries to en a battle without killing his opponent.
Killed his clan at a young age withbters in his eyes for the love of his village, only leaving his brother
alive cause of greater love. Lived his life in lies because of that love and managed to die
with a smile on his face.

1. Tobirama Senju - Most underrated Kage, period. The fact alone that he was second-best of the Senju clan, second only to his brother Hashirama, who was the strongest shinobi of his time, should say enough. I recall the Senju clan being rivaled only by the Uchiha clan. In my own opinion, Tobirama >= Prime Hiruzen. Let's not even include if he was forced to use Edo Tensei, because of course he'd revive his brother, who would be a much weaker version of Hashirama but nevertheless a Kage-level ninja that Tobirama has several combination jutsu with. Tobirama + weakened Edo Hashirama > EMS Madara (past Madara, once again my own opinion).
2. Maito Gai - He's also underrated, but not nearly to the extent that Tobirama is. I can seriously see him against Tsunade or the Fourth Raikage and winning (but I would never go so far as to say that he would beat the Third Raikage, which is just ridiculous, nor the Second Raikage, because he just looks so awesome).
3. Konohamaru Sarutobi - Like Naruto, he could have been much more than what he is now (Chuunin at 11, maybe?). However, I know that at age 12, Naruto wasn't anywhere near the level that Konohamaru is at (his fight against Pein was remarkable, Ebisu would have died, that's for sure). He's probably Chuunin-material already.

Jiriya - More powerful than Nagato and Itachi as both stated this themselves. Has great knowledge and is very crafty. Has a long list of jutsu. His techniques are awesome and he is never a boring fighter. Arguably the most powerful shinobi in the Narutoverse excluding Madara & Hashirama. Would love to see Jiriya battle Madara. That would be epic!!!
Orochimaru - Very impressive jutsu list. Best villain in the Narutoverse.

#1-Minato Namikaze has been my favorite character ever since they first started talking about him in the original there was something to cool about him i love his abilities and i wish they can show more of his abilities cause that would be great
#2-hashirama senju the most powerful ninja ever to live(not including so6p)i feel he sums up everything you need to be great even his enemy admires him something about him thats also to cool to explain
#3-sasuke uchiha was my original favorite character because he was always making things seem easy with a cool demeanor and chidori fit him perfectly
#4-Rocklee gave me one of the most epic moments in all of naruto when he fought garra he showed more determination then any one in any anime manga w.e he was willing to fight with a crushed leg and arm WHILE UNCONSCIOUS this can never be repeated made me want to cry lol(i was alot younger when this happened)
#5 Jiraya someone else who i felt lacked natural coolness but he went out with a bang another one of the saddest moments ever seeing naruto and tsunades reaction but also his determination he was dying his life fading but he forced him self to live for a little longer so he can help with the coming battle against pain
#5-kakashi is the first one to show what an elite ninja can do undoubtly cool his techniques are the most varied among characters

Minato/kushina - tough parents ,,,wonderful parents/their sacrifice for naruto.they cud ve both survived and let naruto die bt they didnt the both o them threw temselves to save naruto with their lives.....

1. Obito, angry, spiteful, and nihalistic. has both the rg. and ms. knows mokuton style and has an awsome ass outfit.
2. Saskue- has the EMS, and will probably uptain some type of sweet power up from his quest with Orochimaru.

Itach is def. in my top ten. His calmness in battle while being so strong is what attracted me to him
With kakashi, he has become so much stronger as the series progressed. He's gonna really hold his own against Obito.

In no particular order...
Kakashi:
Awesomely strong, intelligent and an overall incredible ninja.
Doesn't have a KG(I say that because his body isn't build for the Sharingan) yet he goes toe to toe with powerful foes who have unfair advantages when all he has is one mere Sharingan.
Always has something cool to say and knows just what to do to protect his friends even sacrificing himself because he knew in doing so it would allow the village to live on.
Pain/Nagato a nigh unbeatable foe, were it not for his legs being ruined no character would be able to beat him, not even Madara for he hasn't mastered the Rinnegan.
Single handedly...err, sorta single handedly destroyed the leaf village something nobody had ever managed before, not even Tobi with the 9 Tails under his control.
Takes out the village
Still has enough chakra to take on the 9 Tails AND revive everyone who died in the village which is just insane.

Only shown a few techniques and his most used one is fairly simple it's just teleporting from one place to another. Doesn't even rely on a KG.
And yet he manages to take on pretty much anyone even before he created the Rasengan and managed to use a barrier to absorb a Tailed Beast Ball from the 9 Tails no mortal character could easily do that and still continue to fight.
In an act of selflessness allows his sons mother to have time with her son after death giving himself just a few minutes to rebuild the seal.

Kisame was an absolute tank and honestly i think one of the most underrated characters and most overlooked akatsuki members. He was such a balanced and powerful shinobi and people say his fall against guy makes him weak but really it doesnt. Guy happens to be his kryptonite in that he doesnt use ninjutsu. He can transform any battlefield with his water dome or Exploding Water Colliding Wave. Once in a watery field hes the fastest shinobi weve seen underwater and no one can keep up to him, also the enemy is stuck underwater and drowning. Samehada is absolutely awesome, and with it he can absorb chakra out of peoples bodies, absorb chakra through his skin and use the giant shark bomb that can absorb any technique. Hes one of the best kenjutsu users in the series. Unstoppable ninjutsu, epic taijutsu, one of the strongest and fastest ninjas weve seen and, limitless stamina. We saw him in one full power battle where he wrecked B. B was able to take on MS sasuke, Suigetsu and Jugo with little difficulty, delivered two fatal blows that would have killed sasuke and really B won the fight because he only pretended to lose and sasuke had backup. Kisame was able to almost kill B and because of plot no jutsu instead of capturing or killing him samehada which has been loyal to him for years decides to betray him... what a stupid twist. Even in a weakened state he broke out of chakra supressing wood release through sheer brute strength and he died like a true shinobi. Absolute badass.
Orochimaru--Absolutely evil and really incredibly powerful as well. Edo tensei really increases his potential but even without it hes really awesome standing alone. Kenjutsu and taijutsu are great and ninjutsu is some of the strongest in the series. He can tank anything from getting blasted by version 2 naruto and cutting in half and didnt even blink. Hes rediculously strong, once again people say hes weak because of the whole sasuke/itachi "defeats" but like kisame and guy sharingan is orochimaru's kryptonite. And Itachi's sealing sword that I forget the name of. Besides that he can really take on anyone. Poison blood, epic ninjutsu, rediculous durability, pure evil and fantastic summons make him really awesome.
Nagato- really, I think he can take on anyone besides edo madara, even living madara and he would give hashirama some trouble too. Chibaku tensei is ridiculous and he can absorb any type of chakra, summonings, control over life and death, manipulation of gravity, mechanized weaponry, and the ability to RIP OUT PEOPLES SOULS and summon and control the shell of the 10 tails makes him absoloutly epic.
