Wheter the Akatsuki, Obito, and/or Orochimaru freed him/himself

I'm just wondering since Tobi is Obito did he free himself or did the Akatsuki/Oro freed and help resusatate him. (please correct spelling if wrong)

There's a slight chance its might not be Obito the last page says "Obito?" And the name Obito was mentioned guess we will find out next chapter to confirm. This chapter is abit troll-ish all thou he does have a resemblance to Obito.
