What's up people? I was reading around the internet and apparently there's another Character in one piece that we're supposed to find. His name is Sam and he's a Drunk character that appears where ever there's a party. Apparently Oda made him when he was drunk from his daughters wedding lol just something i thought i'd share if you didn't know already.

You probably made a typo or something but Oda did not create him when he was drunk from his daughter's wedding considering his daughter is still a child [if he even has a daughter] but the character was on his way home from his daughter's wedding.
