Where's genninjutsu and doutaijutsu? LOL

The 4th Raikage has nintaijutsu, which is epic! Why don't Kishi introduce more of these combos like genninjutsu, doutaijutsu, and genkinjtusu?

Itachi uses crow clone jutsu in his genjutsu . For me it is a genninjutsu but other examples i dont know.

Im pretty sure doutaijutsu would be impossible unless you have eyes all over your body and even then Im not sure how it would work and genkinjustu would be Izanagi as it is a genjustu and is a kinjutsu

Geez guys, those were just examples. Of course they don't make complete sense.
How about genninjutsu could just be casting a genjutsu, thus paralyzing the opponent and then beating the crap out of him while he's defenseless. LOL that's so cheap hahaha
