Wheredo you watch your episode and read your manga?

I'm wondering which website you all use to watch your episodes and read your chapters, i always switch and i kind of want to stick to one website(i know its not a big deal, this is just the way i am. lol) what websites do you guys use/recommend?

OT: I read and watch it here on the base. I mean, why not, it's right here!.

Although I admit, sometimes, the anime f*cks up from time to time, so I travel to various sites, in order to watch it. But when it comes to READING the manga, nobody does it like the base.
