Where would you rather be trapped? Sahara Desert Or Mount Everest?

Does mount Everest have animals once you get a little lower? I guess so since there's a gun. Still, I don't know how to start a fire, and winter is annoying me rn, so I'll say the Sahara, since I have food. I heard deserts get really cold at night though but not sure...

Find an oasis in the desert and you're set. Find a cave on Everest and you're also set. Even though Everest seems easier, it would be miserable considering all cold and light air. The desert might be slightly more feasible for me just because i prefer heat over cold.
