Was he a perfect Jinchuriki though? He was under the spell of Tobi's Genjutsu... And it's always possible that Danzō was given some misinformation.

i wonder where his limit of his mirror technique lies. imagine if he was able to mimic any attack out there.that would be top 15 no doubt.

I imagine that he would specialize in kenjutsu and would be able to use the Silent Killing technique since he has a staff and he's from a Village that specializes with it. And also powerful water style ninjutsu and his other jinchuuriki skills.

He apparently didn't become Mizukage for being just a jinchuuriki since Rin was a jinchuuriki before him and village already had it's rep.
