Where would you Rank this ninja?

I'm currently re-reading the war arc and found Hanzo to be a pretty decent character. Where would you rank him in terms of skill?

I'd say, High Kage?

Yeah I think so. He could hold off Oro, Jiraiya and Tsunade all together. He also didn't seem that tired compared to them. That's pretty pro.

When he was revived though, they drastically reduced his power level.

Mid-Kage. That poison is what makes him so dangerous but Mifune was too quick for him and a beat up Sasuke was able to at least parry Mifune's sword so that doesn't say much for Hanzo's reaction feats.

It's kind of hard to rank him because we haven't seen much of him. From what he's done, however, I say mid-kage. High-Kage is like EMS Madara level.

He was the most powerful ninja in the war. The three sannins could not beat him. He was like the madara of that era

Yeah, I just read the part of the war where he fought mifune. It seemed like he was way weaker than normal.

Mid kage level during the fight with the three sannin but after Edo tensei he somehow got nerfed (he was not so happy about the revival & not serious i assume).
