Where would you rank the konoha 11?

Where would you rank the Konoha 11 if they were given proper screen-time to showcase their abilities? If it is to hard, consider their current abilities and try to compare them to others.

1.Neji-Low-Kage
Was already a jonin at the start of Part 2. Strong taijutsu that rivals Lee, great chakra control as seen in the fight against Kidomaru. Byakugan. Ability to think in the heat of a fight. Great defense. And also a deathly ranged attack.

2.Lee-Low Jounin. Hardest work Ethic In Manga by far. Top 5 taijutsu user. The only reason i am ranking him low Jounin is because he has no ninjutsu and genjutsu. Im guessing not being able to have both will cause him to be exceptionally weak to genjutsu not being able to break it

3. Tenten-Mid Chuunin. Sorry tenten fans this is all i can give her. Weapon specialist but besides that she hasn't shown anything. Blame Kishi.

4. Hinata-Mid Jounin.
All that training with Neji has to pay off right? Has everything neji has except rotation. I say she also has good chakra control because the ability to form those two lion head with pure charka is kinda amazing and overlooked.

5. Kiba- Low Jounin
Heightened Senses, Deadly combo attacks with akamaru, good speed(referncing in part 1)

6. Shino-High Jounin(possibly higher)
Mysterious fighting style noone seems to know about. Quick thinker. Prep-er(if thats a word)
He never lost a fight in part 1, bugs IMO can be very hard to fight agaisnt.

7: Shikamaru-Battle Wise Where he his now.
In terms of Knowledge and Startegic Plans- High(very high) Kage level.

8. Ino-WHere she is now.

9. Chouji- Not sure but he gets some major props. Buttefly mode is cool, can enlarge himself and wrestled the Gedo MAzou.

Well, imo:

1) Sakura - Low-kage (basically a weaker version of Tsunade, don't think much detail is needed here).
2) Neji - High-jonin (2nd best gentle fist user and has all the perks that come with his KKG).
3) Lee - Mid-jonin (only because of his considerable combat prowess and assuming he has Asakujaku, lacks versatility to be placed any higher).
4) Choji - Mid-jonin (only for his firepower and great teamwork with Shikamaru and Ino, lacks a lot in other areas).
5) Sai - Mid-jonin (has decent combat prowess and is very versatile).
6) Shikamaru - Mid-jonin (smartest character in the narutoverse but lacks combat prowess to be placed any higher).
7) Shino - Low-jonin (very analytical in combat but lacks feats and notable combat prowess).
8)Hinata - Low-jonin (weaker and less skilled version of Neji... not much to say).
9) Kiba - Low-jonin (i place him below Hinata because her heritage offers more perks and he isn't the smartest guy around so...).
10)Ino - High-chunin (great teamwork with Shikamaru and Choji, great utility, but she's not autonomous in battle which sets her way back).
11) Tenten - High-chunin (after 650+chapters everytime she fought it was off-panel and so far the only thing we know is that she throws weapons, which is something everybody in the narutoverse can do. Lack of any development or screen time puts at last place).

So Tsunade with Creation rebirth restricted. Neji isn't on that level.

Basically he is. If given proper screen time to showcase his abilities. Meaning if Kishi actually had him fight someone. With that restricted for tsunades, all she can do is punch hard and heal herself. That's nothing special.

You know nothing about Tsunade if you think that's all she can do ._.
With that logic i could say all Neji does is spin around and poke people. Now that's not true, is it?

The speed, durability , and chakra capacity shes shown makes me put her in another level above regular ninjas. Even without her summons.
