Kakashi I'm talking about. In your opinion where would you put him like top 15 or top 20. It's your choice . I put him in the top 15.

he is amazingly good at being a shinobi, but putting him on a list is kinda hard, cuz he still didnt fully awaken his MS, or did he exploit it correctly. other than that he didnt evn train much on using kamui so i feel that he still isnt in his prime, but he is one of my top 10 fav, not by strength or skill here

As much as I love Kakashi, I just can't see him in the top 15, although he is top 20. It isn't so much that he isn't powerful it's just that there are other shinobi who are even more powerful than him. I would place him squarely at 17.

Lol at people underestimating Kakashi. Even, when the war is over and Ten tail arc is done and if Tsunade possibly dies Kakashi is next in line to become the 6th Hokage and Naruto will be the 7th Hokage.

You guys do realise that Kakashi was considered by the fire lord and elders to be appointed as 6th hokage? and also this is when Naruto defeated Pain/Nagato.

His knowledge around ninjitsu, taijutsu, kinjutsu, ninja weaponary and fuuinjitsu is really good and on the plus side his really intelligent as well.
