A current Tsunade would be on my top 15 list, she deserves it cause i dont see much ninja defeating her with that byakugou technique. ITS EPIC :flaw: :flaw:

however a Tsunade unlocking shikkotsurin ( SLUG SAGE MODE) would definitely be in my top 10 list. :flaw: xd
