where will captain buggy end up EoS?

at this point it's obvious buggy's relevance in the manga is strictly a comic relief thing. but still, wherever luffy goes buggy ends up there too. he is present in all the big moments and seems to elevate his pirate status (obviously flukes the whole thing) in a lesser version than luffy. he made shichibukai lmfao. will he progress from here or just stay in that position? I couldn't imagine them making a mockery of the yonko position and putting buggy there but who knows.
