[Discussion] Where were madara's Clones, when BZ stabbed him?

Where were madara's four clones when he got stabbed by BZ, aren't the clones supposed to make madara untouchable (invisible).
NB 1. since IT started all, naruto's clones will b affected so, the four clones are suppose to be free
To protect madara at any cost! Even d clone that was sealed making d total numbers of clones to b 5

2. There no way a mere MS can see the clones only special rennegan/a normal rennegan can see d clones or the sage body can feel the clones.

Guys what do u think happened to the clones

Being that it was so sudden, it is possible that the rinne-clones were focused solely on Naruto and company, perhaps they didn't have time to react to Black Zetsu just as Madara had let his guard down.

No, I don't think a normal Rinnegan can see the Limbo clones! Only Madara's Rinnegan and Sasuke's Sharinnegan type Rinnegan can see those Limbo Clones!

thier aim was team 7...they were odered by thier creator afterall, also madara probably thought BZ was still his obidient creation, not knowing that BZ has been curropted by kaguya's will......you never expect your will to betray you

Madara never thought of Black Zetsu betraying him, so why would his clones protect him when Zetsu is standing behind him?
