where to submit cfs'

i remember seeing that the custom fighting styles thread have been closed for close to a month. i was wondering where do i submit my custom fighting style since the thread is closed?

=_= The thread is closed because there were too many submissions already and I went on vacations. I checked a page today and will get it checked by the end of the week. However, this question is pointless as you already know very well were you can submit them as you said so yourself.
