Where to purchase an album?

I want to buy DC4 to specific but I heard itunes doesn't pay royalties very well. Where can I pay for an album so that the artist gets most of the money. Say the album is 10-14 dollars. Where do I do this?
I could stream it or buy it on itunes but if there's another method please let me know your guys experience and stuff

Anyways tidal pays an artist for like every 1,500 streams. That's legit the worst option I could take next to pirating. Anyway I figure I might as well buy it on Amazon cause I don't want to use apple music or support them.
