Reading the last 5-6 chapters,I noticed that Kakashi is missing in action,when kakashi and obito were battling in the other dimension and obito was transforming,minato used his hirashin jutsu to teleport there and he sliced obito,the obito became the jinchurikki,since them i have not seen kakashi,is he dead or is something missing

You got all that wrong OP. Obito returned from the other dimension without Kakashi, and Minato never went into the other dimension. Kakashi is right where we left him: critically injured, out of chakra, and in the other dimension. I'm sure he'll be fine.
