Since giving them an epic reveal, I've been waiting for Cp0 to actually become involved with the fights and wreck some shit since they're the strongest out of all Cipher Pools. Also, they made Robin, Usopp, Law, and Caesar shit their pants just by walking next to them.

Maybe they already shot out of Dressrosa? I mean, they're purpose was only to be there to tell the news about Doffy. I think it's more likely that they left but if they are still there, what are they gonna do? They work under the world nobles themselves and they aren't about to go against an ex-Celestial Dragon. With the Marines there, there is no need for them to act unless provoked. I think if we were to see them, it would be towards the end of this arc.

They are most probably doing what they are best at - Gathering Intel. In this case to assist Doffy. Remember how Sabo was surprised when he saw his own name on the bounty list? I think it's CP0s doing. They're probably the ones keeping Doffy updated with all the important stuff that's happening on Dressrosa atm.

They left the island already after delaying their message about the falsity of doflamingo's resignation.

This said, CP9 really, REALLY wanted to capture Robin. I'm preety sure these guys knows that Robin is here on the island, so they might stick around to assist Doflamingo and possibly try to capture Robin. She's a big threat you know?

Even in Shabondy post time-skip, the government found out that the mugiwara's are gathering new nakama. THey sent in WG people, those guys wearing black suits. Why didnt they make normal marines to do so? So yeah, i reckon CP0 will attempt to capture Robin in my opinion U_U​

They're intelligence, maybe with most powerful Oda means that they can manipulate news and spread propaganda to set things in moving and control the world that way on the WG's order.

They probably can throw a punch too, but I think they're not mainly a fighting force.
