1.Konan :Tsunades will have a difficult time hiting konoha since she modify herself into paper and fly.Konan paper b omb are deadly
2.Tsunades:No comment
3.Mei :Lack proper defense but have various element jutsu
4.Sakura :We know she have tsunades skill but she lack battle experience
5.Ino :She prove herself to be useful against Obito and as a support amongst the shinobi alliance (she help the alliance to learn earh release)
6.Temari:She got more ninja passion /guts than Hinata but i guess she lack stamina or stronger skill variation
7/8 Tenten:She very skillful with weapon and she also posses the so6p fan which can perform different elemental jutsu.
7/8 Hinata :She have shown little feature and i am sure Ino mind control will take her down since Hinata is weak minded
9 Karin:Good at sensing,healing and analying

2)Ino has got zero fighting skill.Imo she'll be at 9 or 10
3)Hinata is not weak minded.She's just shy.She was the one who brainwashed naruto from obito's talk-no-jutsu.She'll pro'ly be at 5 or 6.

Tsunade cannot launch an attack on Konan in paper form,Tsunades skill is Taijutsu oriented.Konan have an advantage of flight which will see all Tsunade upcomming attack.Tsunades slower than Raikage which will make her predictable if Konoha is flying from a distance
