Where Naruto stand now in top shinobi list ?

Since it completely confirm that Kurama is extracted from Naruto,then this mean Naruto donot have any of Kurama features anymore.Naruto currently unconscious or near death or dead,waiting for gaara to revive him.I now he not in the top ten for sure because if he is then Jiraya should also be there.I not making my list ,so please show me your top ten or 30
