I see what you're saying but the manga called the shinju the progenitor of everything in the world(But i wouldn't be surprised if kishi contradict himself again and calls some other deity the true "creator") and this theory is a bit too "western" with the angels and stuff. However it does give a good explanation of the horns she has, i doubt she's human so you might be onto something....

i always thought that the early drawing of the fruit looked an awful lot like tobis spiral mask and the swirl effect. then you mentioned gods and a different dimension. i believe kamui means authority of the gods or something. im probably just fangirling over obito tho lol

Incarnation wouldnt work since it wouldnt make sense to have her eat the fruit. Why would a tree eat a fruit and have that tree be made of its own incarnation?
