Now that you mention it, they've seemingly been annihilated.

Hopefully the spores placed on Kabuto come into the story soon, White Zetsu needs to make a return. As for Black Zetsu, i think we can safely assume he's died.

The black one was destroyed by the Mizukage's body guard.

Sasuke stabbed the original white one with his Perfect Susano'o in the cave where he took off the blind fold.

And the rest of the copies have been demolished by the Shinobi Alliance.

rest notes: zetsu is originally a spared dna of hashirama that eventually got influenced by madara and joined madara squad....

They could have been (re)absorbed by the Mazo before changing into the jubi returning some of the chakra that they took from the shinobi during battle, as well as just laying in wait for the next transformation of the jubi.
