Where is the uchiha homes located?

I was wondering if it's like actually inside the village or on an outskirt.
Cuz if it's inside how did the konaha people not notice people getting slaughtered?

It's most likely on the outskirts. The people of Konoha didn't know about the slaughter until later because it was top secret. Only the Elders knew.

They're in a corner of the village, but all the houses were destroyed after Pain and never reconstructed as we see when Sasuke Oro Suigetsu and Jugo go to revive the Hokage

They were in the corner, because they agreed to be in charge of the Police Force. Like others have said, no one knew about the massacre except for Hiruzen, Danzo, and the other two elders, so it must have been some distance away from the major part of Konoha. But Pain destroyed the village and I really doubt that they rebuilt the Uchiha section, considering that would be pointless with no one living there anymore. Basically Sasuke is homeless if he goes back to Konoha lol.
