Kille bee has it, but why he isn't using it would be a better question. He has it on him even before he went all tailed beast. It really would have helped against Obito and the other Jin

Bee has it but since he has not had it for very long and really never fought with it I am not sure he really knows how to use it. All he really knows it does it bite people suck their chakra and then give it to someone else. Also I doubt he would be able to use it to full extent and merge with it.

Yeah right the guy can use six swords at once but can't even try to figure out how to use that thing?

Six swords are a little different that learning to fight with a living animal which is basically what samaheda is.
