the real naruto has always been with bee and he is now fighting tobi and the tailed beasts. like did u honestly think kakashi and guy would save a shadow clone naruto and stay by his side if he were a shadow clone

No. Kakashi, Gai, and Bee would not be working their butts off trying to save Naruto if he was a clone. And the real Naruto was with Bee, which he is right now in the manga.
