Where is the other half of Kurama?

If i remember correctly i think it was sealed into the 4th Hokage...so will he be able to use that chakra if he and the other Hokages were to enter the battle?...what are your thoughts on this?

For me it would be cool if he could.

I dont think kyuubi is missing chakra ever thought he could have regained it back over the years or naruto chakra fused with his bc then that means all tailed beast host that were babies only got half at least the powerful ones

On a similar thought, what happened to the canister/toad with all of Kurama's chakra? I thought Naruto had it sealed inside him along with the key. However, they never showed him using it.
