i remember sometime ago it was said the ems gives you the 4th ability where is this 4th ability the rinnegan?

you dont just get rinnegan after unlocking EMS, its still not clear but the way madara unlocked rinnegan was either from senju DNA or from almost getting killed or something

its not totally clear how to unlock rinnegan from EMS
