Where is that kishimoto stated of sasuke and naruto being equal?

I have been hearing sasuke fans saying that kishimoto stated that they were both equal, i tryed to look for the evidence but i found nothing about the subject.

Fan translation, those guidebooks were never released in the west when the movie came out. To my knowledge, at least. That bit from the boruto manga came from the official translation however.

I think they're talking about overall power, not just taijutsu.

There's no such thing as an "official translation".

There's translations done by fans, and translations done by freelancers hired by the publisher. The latter aren't any better and sometimes worse, since they sacrifice accuracy for "Americanisation".
