Where is spiral zetsu in the top 50?

I personally believe he is powerful with his wood statue, but not ultra strong up close. But i'd guess top 20-25?

How so? Suigetsu left a small indent and Karin did nothing to him and ended up getting destroyed. Then they ran away and Juugo had to grab Karin.
