Where is Sasuke's sword?

If Sasuke had his sword, naruto would be dead already.

Base Sasuke already shown to know how to handle sword fighters when he countered all of Bee's students attacks that surprised them. He blocked one from taking out their sword as he seen the other turn the sword on the back so it wouldn't severely hurt them which allowed Naruto to catch it while the real Naruto had Sai's blade ready to block it if it was on the sharp end.

What fell in lave was just the empty sword's sheath. The blade itself remained wherever Madara put it after getting stabbed :
