Read the manga. its way passed the anime.
Sasuke has the enternal mangekiyou sharingan (Look it up if you dont know what it its) But he is recoving from the transplant. sasuke will be appearing a little later after naruto gets on the battle field.

sasukes in his cave fapping of to the thought of him killing naruto. i love how neither sasuke or naruto know of each others new abilities, even when they met up in the land of iron, narutos sage mode wore off and sasuke was blind as shi- cant wait to see the look on sasukes face when chidori doesnt pierce through sage naruto(i hopes), or when his chidori is neutralized by a fuuton rasengan and his hand get effed up haha hahaha hahahahahaha MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAA DIE SASUKE
